Dear FriendWelcome to our July 2026 newsletter. Everywhere we turn, new corruption is uncovered – or so we see.It’s splashed all over our favourite social media platforms and you think that maybe everyone will see what you see, and change will happen. But they don’t because it’s hidden from their view. It isn’t until you look at another person’s X-feed that you realise how tailored it is to your interests and how polarised our worlds become when viewed through the narrow filter of algorithm-driven portals. I forgot that yesterday. I watched a clip about the corruption of studies in medical journals;
And for a moment I thought wow, that will really help people understand why so many of us question modern medicine. Then I happened to see a friend’s feed, one who doesn’t share our scepticism and understanding of the issues at hand, and there was nothing. It’s not getting out and we are all shouting into an echo-chamber. In my own small way, like many people, I try to raise awareness of the corruption that exists – but to be honest, I find most people quite happy to medicate their way out of obesity, to trust their statins to keep cholesterol down, add pharmaceutical instead of food from farms. Perhaps this sounds depressive – and I know many of you have felt this, and still do, but for every conversation we have, even if we think it doesn’t go in, some things do. I’ve seen people around me make small changes; like switching to drinking more water, trying a herbal remedy before a pharmaceutical. Change happens – far too slowly, but it will keep happening – and one day, some of this information will become common knowledge.
