An important aspect of the Control Group is understanding what keeps us well and what helps us to recover from disease. When you log a medication or supplement, you can record if you are taking it to treat a specific health condition, or simply taking it to maintain your wellbeing.
Many of us cannot remember which vaccines we were given as children and our parents often do not have a record of them. We understand this and although we would ideally like you to record each vaccination you had, we have created the option of ‘Childhood Vaccinations’ as a way to record that you have been previously vaccinated, without having to specify with what.
It is important to log any reactions you may have had to vaccines you have been given, even if the reaction is minor, or short-term because it will enable researchers to better understand the true extent of adverse events, by listening to the people who experienced them.
