The Monthly Update

Each month your completeness score goes down to 70% and you will need to to check the following 3 sections to confirm they are up-to-date in order to return to 100%. Even if you have nothing new to report, this helps to tell us that you are still alive and your data is current, which essential for the integrity of our results.

We will send you an email newsletter/reminder at the beginning of the month.

Please note that our emails are blocked on some platforms. Reminders are also published on our social media channels.

Login to your account dashboard: https://prod.controlgroup.coop/account/login and click on Review My Data under your photo:

The 3 sections that need to be checked are flashing red:

  • Click on Update & Confirm Health Conditions

You can add more information at any point during the month, including during your monthly update.

  • Click the green ADD button to add new Health Conditions (only if required), then
  • Click CONFIRM CORRECT
  • Repeat for Vaccinations and Medications & Supplements
  • Return to the Dashboard by clicking DASHBOARD on the green menu bar at the top

You should repeat this for each participant in your account.
