It’s all about Detoxing this Christmas!

For many of us, Christmas is coming up, and this can mean indulgence in rich foods, alcohol and sugary treats, which inevitably puts extra strain on our immune systems. I expect the title of this piece is rather optimistic (for me anyway!) but, if the temptations of gluttony are too hard to avoid, perhaps we can gain a little sanctimony in starting to prepare for detoxing in the New Year?

To help with detox preparations, World Council for Health and Control Group are holding a Detox conversation on Zoom, this Thursday 5^th December with Detox authors, Dr Sarah Myhill and Christof Ploth DO, and Nutritional Therapist and Clinical Psychoneuroimmunologist, Francesca Havens of WCH.

Our most asked question – Shedding!

Control Group do not collect information on ‘shedding’ because it is almost impossible in most cases to pinpoint the source of any symptoms you may suffer – especially if you have come into contact with a number of people; out shopping, at work, church, or any other public space…

Add to that, the environmental toxins we encounter each day in our food, water, and air, and it becomes impossible to tell exactly what is making us unwell.

However, we are very aware of the anecdotal information – and like anyone who did not take the COVID vaccine, we are concerned about what may or may not be spreading, how to test for it and how to prevent it. This is why I have been speaking to a number of different organisations who are also concerned by this and are trying to find solutions.

Created for Health is one such organisation who believe they have some of the answers and they have agreed to present their findings to the Control Group. We and they understand that the investigation into this is still in its infancy and there are more questions than there are answers – so we invite you to hear their presentation and, if you wish, take part in their people-led ‘Hope for Healing’ study.

Another study of blood analysis and detoxing

Another organisation that I have recently spoken to is Viatrexx.com, who have been investigating blood through darkfield microscopy (live blood analysis) and have developed several protocols for both vaccinated and unvaccinated patients.

They have provided a fascinating paper describing some of their findings and treatment protocols – including photos of its effect on blood cells – read it here.

About the organisations we bring to your attention

Control Group believe that science should be open to scrutiny and welcoming of new ideas, and at the moment, it seems that truth is not forthcoming from the established medical institutions. There are lots of new, people-led, grass-roots studies and solutions being worked on around the world, with little funding, but a great will to do good.

Any that we bring to your attention are ones where I have spoken directly to the people responsible for the organisation or study and I personally believe are genuinely working to help humanity.
